It was a wonderful knitting weekend. (nothing else got done... but alas...)
I finished one of the garder stitch wrist warmers and cast on for the second one. Simple, no frills, purely functional wrist warmer. Great for the subway and good garder kitchener bindoff practice.
Sunday, I charted and knit one Endpaper Fingerless glove using the "Cornfields" chart from the book "Latvian Dreams". I'm using the Boise Karabella (cashmere/wool blend) yarn, which is the same yarn I used for my other Fingerless gloves. I love how quickly these gloves knit up. And the chart pattern looks great! I'm very pleased. I've started the second one, and should be done with them in a day or two.
