Cashmere Spider

I suddenly had this desire to make a white cashmere amigurumi spider. Random, I know, but he turned out great and he's really soft, despite the tight crochet stitches. His legs are knitted I-cord and he can hang from his strand of "silk". (I used Boise Karabella yarn, which a Cashmere/Merino blend)

I love the internet and it once again provided me with the perfect resource ( Bugguide ) when I needed to decide how to arrange his eyes. I picked the arrangement that I liked best, which turned out to belong to the "Funnel-Web Weavers - Agelenidae"
The animal kingdom is amazing, especially the small creatures.
