Blue Knit Dress

I have this skirt bottom, a two layered chiffon that was left over from a dress alteration. I have a navy blue yarn that matches perfectly, so i'm going to knit a top for it. I am still sketching ideas, but so far this sketch is my favorite. Though I'm also thinking of doing something with cables and T-back.
