Well the first week of the new year is gone, already! as is my first weekend of the new year. Wow, i need to slooooowwww down the space time continum, for my own sanity. Years shouldn't take months to go by ;-)
I have been knitting though! I just completed a hat. It is an warmer update of a hat I crocheted years ago. The crochet hat is perfect for mid-range weather. Winter wind, though, cuts thru it like a hot knife thru butter, making it useless in NYC winter, which has finally arrived. (two days straight!) Anyway, my update didn't quite work the way i was thinking, so i going to try again. (I post pictures soon. Need batteries for my camera.)
