Second snow...

I love the first snow of the season, even though this is the second snow, its the one that was on time. The post-thanksgiving snow is always great. It makes the leafless trees less gray and drab. It signals the real beginning of the Christmas season. Its a time of year when then idea of knitting a blanket is a good one.

(Now that October snow was not so great. Wrong time of year, the leaves looked surprised and bit insulted.)
