I've been looking a quiting and applique for while a now. I've always loved Hawaiian quilts because its basically Kirigami cut outs. I've done paper cut outs in the past of masks and faces and decided to try it with some craft felt. I zigzaged machine stitched it to a dark blue piece of felt. This will probably become a bag.
