Spring Bolero

I started a new project and surprise surprise its CROCHET. I'm using a thin pale yellow boucle cotton yarn. Its crocheted with the afgan/tunisian stitch. I'm crocheting the body in one piece and i'll add the sleeves and collar after.

This bolero jacket will be great with my spring dresses. I love the texture of the yarn. Its got a nice organic feel to it. It was inspired by some of the great textured pieces on HabuTextiles, which have very simple shapes (square and rectangles!)

I can't wait to see it! I want to see the swatches up close too. Nice Nice. Are you going to make something out of the swatches?
